Article 1-Purpose:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of the present agreement is to govern Ecolocourse Paris\u2019s<\/em><\/strong> delivery of letters and packages throughout Metropolitan France, and Europe in accordance with the Customer\u2019s instructions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transfer of funds\nand liquidities is excluded, in addition to the transport of living animals and\ndangerous products whose transport is governed by special regulations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In all cases, Ecolocourse Paris<\/em><\/strong> reserves the right\nto independently organise trips and to implement any and all necessary means to\ncomplete its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 2-Duration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The present agreement has been ratified for the\nduration of the delivery. The delivery shall be deemed to have been completed\nas soon as Ecolocourse Paris<\/em><\/strong> has delivered the Customer\u2019s merchandise to its\nrecipient\u2019s door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Article 3-Invoicing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  • Operations:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In the case of extra wait-times and\/or handling difficulties, the Customer agrees to purchase 1 additional trip unit per 10 minute-delay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Additional charges may apply in the case of erroneous and\/or difficult addresses (administration difficulties, floors without elevators, Vigipirate protocols, etc.) and\/or if the recipient has moved and\/or any other difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Administration:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Upon placement, the order is paid based on the corresponding\nservices proposed by Ecolocourse Paris<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      An invoice will be immediately available for download and will be sent directly to the email box provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In case of any surcharges, listed in the paragraph above, an additional invoice will be sent exclusively by email at the end of the service and the customer\u2019s credit card will be charged the corresponding amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In all cases, before each invoice is issued, Ecolocourse\nParis<\/em><\/strong> will inform the Customer of any and all difficulties encountered,\nin addition to their potential price impacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article 4-Delivery Norms<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Motorcycle<\/strong> deliveries shall not exceed 40*40*30<\/strong> in volume and 5 kg <\/strong>in mass.
      Auto<\/strong> deliveries shall not exceed 1 EUR<\/strong> pallet <\/strong>in volume and 600 kg <\/strong>in mass.
      Van<\/strong> deliveries shall not exceed 3 EUR<\/strong> pallets <\/strong>in volume and 1.500 kg <\/strong>in mass.
      Large Volume<\/strong> deliveries shall not exceed 8 EUR<\/strong> pallets <\/strong>in volume and 1.200 kg <\/strong>in mass.<\/strong>              <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article 5-Liabilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Ecolocourse Paris<\/em><\/strong> agrees to\ndeliver its Customers\u2019 letters and packages to their specified destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Ecolocourse Paris<\/em><\/strong> agrees to\nmake every effort to complete its deliveries per the agreed schedules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article 6-Limited Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The order-giver must do whatever is necessary to\nprovide sufficient packaging such that the delivery can be completed under the\nbest possible safety conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Ecolocourse Paris<\/em><\/strong> can only\ndelivery packages and documents owned by the Customer who is responsible for\nacting on his own behalf, as well as that of others whom he is duly-authorised\nto represent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Ecolocourse Paris\u2019s<\/em><\/strong> liability <\/strong>is limited\nto \u20ac33 per kilogram. without exceeding \u20ac1,000 per package unless there is a\nprior declaration of value submitted by the Customer in which case, thelatter must\nprovide adequate insurance coverage for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article 7-Claims<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      All delivery-related claims (thefts, losses, accidents,\netc.) must be the subject of formal claims submitted via registered mail within\nthe first 3 days following receipt of the packages and\/or letters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article 8-Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Each party agrees\nto respect the secrecy of the other party\u2019s confidential information of which\nthey may take knowledge for the purpose of executing their obligations under\nthe present agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Customer\u2019s\nbusiness, technical, financial, electronic and structural information shall\nespecially be considered confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Provider also\nexpressly agrees to preserve the confidentiality and secrecy all information\nsent to him by the Customer as well as all documents and other information of\nwhich he takes knowledge while executing his obligations under the present\nagreement. He shall only use such for the purpose of the Contract and shall not\nreveal such information to any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This obligation is\nbinding on both Parties with regards to all third parties, whether physical\npersons or legal entities, whether they be external companies or those in his\nown group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Provider shall ensure that\nhis own personnel respect these obligations, including all sub-agents and\nsub-contractors hired to complete the aforementioned services, and agrees to do\nwhatever is necessary to ensure that such persons respect these obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The present confidentiality obligations are applicable throughout the duration of the Contract and for a period of three years and a half after its expiration of cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Parties agree to treat all personal data that\nthey may acquire under the present agreement in accordance with the regulations\napplicable to the processing of such data and the protection of privacy, especially\nthe provisions of the Computers and Liberties Law (Law No. 78-17 dated 6 January\n1978, modified) and the General Regulation Governing the Protection of Data (Regulation\nNo. 2016\/679 dated 27 April 2016).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The obligations associated with personal data shall\nbe considered to be essential contractual obligations whose disrespect may\nautomatically grant the Customer the right to cancel the contract without any\nforewarning or formal notification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Article\n9-Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      \n\nAll litigation related to the present agreement shall be resolved by the\nbusiness court presiding in the district of Ecolocourse Paris\u2019s <\/em><\/strong>head-office<\/em>.\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
